Flowers are a perishable product and their lifespan may vary depending on flower type and care. On average, fresh flowers last 3–7 days.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. When care instructions have been followed and the concern is verified, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Clear photos of the flowers may be requested for review. External factors such as weather, temperature, and placement can affect longevity and are beyond our control.

All orders are carefully checked before leaving our studio to ensure quality.
